Water travels through 4 stages of filtration:
Stage 1:
First water travels through a sediment filter cartridge that removes sediment, silt, sand and dirt.
Also extend the life of water filter.
Stage 2 and 3:
Water travels through a mixture of KDF + GAC filter media. KDF is a major advancement in water treatment technology that works on the electro-chemical and spontaneous-oxidation-reduction (REDOX) principles. In this 2 stages the following contaminants will be removed. Chlorine, heavy metals, lead, insecticides, herbicides, pesticides, and other volatile organic chemicals (VOC's), PCB's, MTBE's and hundreds of other chemical contaminants that may be present in water, bad taste, and odours from your drinking water.
Stage 4:
Water travel through a solid carbon cartridge for removing volatile organic carbon compounds (VOC's), insecticides, pesticides and industrial solvents |
